It's pretty obvious to me that the slang was developed from a misunderstanding of the real word. As such, I don't really care what the slang meaning is anyway. Not to mention I've never even heard it used like that before now.
Inane isn't slang for anything as far as I know. If it's just a cheap shot at me, it's not a very good one considering I was answering a question, not just throwing out random facts.
HEY, MARI. I DON'T THINK THAT YOU'RE USING THE WORD "NIGGERS" RIGHT. I THINK YOU SHOULD USE A REAL DICTIONARY TO LOOK IT UP.
