Aw sweetie, don't overthink it. Remember, as long as you think about food, even if it's about dieting or water or lettuce, it's still food and it'll still make you wanna eat. What helps me a lot is distractions <3333 like drawing and RO <3333 and baking, since I never have a desire to eat what I bake!
